What I Eat on HCG and Still Lose!

I lost 3 pounds when I woke up this a.m and I wanted to tell you what I ate yesterday that resulted in that loss. I


2 cups of coffee with sugar free creamer just enough to make it caramel colored and a little saccharin


Salad greens

4.3 ounces of chicken breast already cooked no hormones no preservatives.

100 calories of walnuts that I roasted in a pan with a little butter for flavor and then I caramelized them with a little agave let cool and then added to my salad

I measured out .7 ounces of blue cheese for flavor

2 celery stalks cut up

2 green onions 

and my own version of a honey mustard which consists of:

2 tablespoons of fat free plain yogurt

1 tablespoon of dijon mustard

1 teaspoon of agave

juice of 1 lemon

sprinkle of salt


O.K. here is the biggest most controversial part 

we went to Jungle Pita and I had

Mediterranean Roasted Chicken (Shawarma) 

its 650 calories which I didnt even know til I looked it up this a.m.

That night we went to the movies and I had

a medium sugar free, fat free, blended ice mocha thing 

Why do I do these things? Well, because I started this diet out with having to lose 170 pounds and at first my little piece of chicken and cucumbers and strawberries just were not cutting it. I got pretty bored and I started to connect with other people. I watched what they did and just couldnt understand how some people had creamer and still lost weight, some people ate bread and lost, and so on. So I started researching the diet and other diets. I read the South Beach, The GI Mediterranean Diet: The Glycemic Index-Based Life-Saving Diet of the Greeks, and studied the Glycemic Index which you can find here http://www.glycemicindex.com/

These things have helped me to make better choices and when used with HCG it still works unbelievably well and I realize that there is no need for me to only eat 500 calories.
