Quick and Easy HCG Recipe for P2 Garlic Chicken w/Broccoli

Broccoli and chicken for P2 lunch. Broccoli was boiled for 5 minutes then sauteed with garlic in coconut oil, 4 oz chicken also sauteed in coconut oil with onions and garlic and at the end I added a couple splashes of white wine vinegar that I cooked off just for taste. Turned out great and its filling.  Broccoli is not on protocol but is on the veggie top 25 lowest carb list put out by Dlife and it does work for me.
