Homemade Ranch Dressing Made Healthy and Tasty

Ranch does not have to be a bad thing.  In fact our homemade ranch is actually good for you, full of protein, and can actually boost your losses when consumed in moderation on the #HCG diet and yes you can have this even when you are on HCG injections P2 the losing phase of the diet.  Try to make this ahead of time so that it has time to marinade in the refrigerator before you serve it.  The longer you let it sit the stronger the flavors will become.

You may even find that you like this version better than your favorite restaurant version.  The restaurant's secret is usually fresh foods and fresh herbs and spices.  I grow my own herbs on my back patio to save money and have it available to me all year round.  

Ranch Dressing:


  • 2  cups Greek yogurt
  • 2  Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2  scallions or green onion finely chopped
  • 1  large clove of garlic finely chopped or pasted
  • 2  Tbsp minced Italian parsley
  • 1  tsp Worcestershire
  • 2  tsp fresh dill minced
  • 1/4  tsp fresh oregano
  • 1/4  tsp fresh basil minced


Add ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth.  Use more or less apple cider vinegar for desired consistency.  Let sit in refrigerator a min of 30 minutes before serving.
